General Surveillance
Every surveillance investigation is different. For every case we accept, we begin by reviewing all the information you provide us. The more information you can give us at the start, the better. We then present to you the option of conducting what we call an activity check. An activity check is a complete background check on the subject, followed by 4 hours of surveillance. Although a background check is optional, we recommend getting one. The information we can get from a background check will allow us to make a better decision about how to proceed. If we can get information and learn some of the behavior patterns of the subject early on, then we can decrease the time and resources you will need to commit to your case.
Once we have completed the activity check (if you ordered one), we will reach out to you. That way, we can help you make an informed decision on how you would like us to proceed. If it looks like we should conduct further surveillance on your case, then we will discuss options with you and get your full approval before we go further. Although we do not guarantee the outcome of any case, we will make every effort to get you the evidence that can help you make the most informed decision.
